I received a forwarded email from Kuya Rich based in Chicago a week ago about this "pasosyal" na kapehan which happens to be one of our favorite spot here in Geneva. And it says:
Very recently, me and my wife had a chance of hangin' out after a work at Starbucks at Gare Cornavin. I chose frapuccino latte something and a hazelnut hot chocolate for her. Hehe..pero may gameplan. How to take away one of the Starbucks mug. We sat at the seat upstairs where no one could possibly noticed to what we will do but unluckly after about 10 minutes ng pagkakaupo, may dumating na dalawang haponesa bitbitang kani kanilang tasa ng kape at doon talaga naupo sa harap namin. Nakishare ng table marahil baka wala ng bakante pero meron pa e.
Di ko na lag tatapusin ang kwento kasi nagiguilty kami pero we made it, we took home one of starbucks mug at home.
Tapang lang yan at tibay ng loob.
Pasaway!
Guess I won't be drinking Starbucks anymore! ! !
Recently Marines in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because they wanted tolet them
know how much they liked their coffees and to request that theysend some of it
to the troops there. Starbucks replied, telling the Marines thank you for their
support of their business, but that Starbucks does notsupport the war, nor
anyone in it, and that they would not send the troops their brand of coffee.
So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should not support them bybuying
any of their products! I feel we should get th is out in the open. Iknow this
war might not be very popular with some folks, but that doesn'tmean we don't
support the men and women on the ground fighting street -to-street
and house-to-house.
If you feel the same as I do then pass this along, or you candiscard it and
no one will never know.
Thanks very much for your support. I know you'll all be there again when
Ideploy once more.
Semper Fidelis.

PLEASE DON'T DELETE THIS . ALLOW IT TO BEPASSED TO ALL IN MEMORY OF ALL THE
TROOPS WHO HAVE DIED SO THAT WE MAY HAVETHE RIGHT TO CHOOSE TO SUPPORT THEM OR
NOT! ! !
Also, don't forget that when the Twin Trade Towers were hit the fire
fighters and rescue workers went to Starbucks because it was close by for water
forthe survivors and workers and Starbucks charged them! ! !
JUST A NOTE TO THIS; STARBUCKS HAD STORES ON SEVERAL MILITARY BASES
IN THE UNITED STATES. THEY ARE NOW BEING REMOVED BECAUSE OF THIS. GO GET
'EM AMERICA . STAND-UP FOR OURSELVES!
